Everything you need to know before your first visit. Can't find your answer? We're always happy to help.
We're opening our doors on 18 July 2026 at 1 Bayview Road, Belgrave. You can book an appointment ahead of time, and we'll be in touch to confirm.
You'll soon be able to book online in just a few clicks. In the meantime, send us an enquiry through our contact page and our team will arrange a time that suits you.
Absolutely. We provide specialised, gentle paediatric eye care for all ages, including children's vision assessments and visual therapy to support learning and development.
Please bring your current glasses or contact lenses, any previous prescriptions, your Medicare card, and a list of any medications you take. If you have private health cover, bring that too.
Continuity of care is central to how we work. As a small, independent practice, you'll be looked after by the same trusted team every visit — so your eye health is understood over time, rather than started from scratch.
We offer a wider range of care than most optometrists — including dry eye management, OCT imaging, disease management, specialty contact lenses, emergency eye care, small in-office procedures, paediatric care and visual therapy. See our services page for the full list.
Yes. If you're experiencing a red eye, foreign body, injury or a sudden change in vision, contact us and we'll do our best to see you the same day.
Our consultation fees are all-inclusive and include any clinically required eye imaging or scans performed during your appointment.
Yes, bulk-billed eye examinations are available under Medicare for eligible patients, and we work with major private health funds. We'll always be upfront about any costs before your appointment.
We're at 1 Bayview Road in the heart of Belgrave, easily accessible for the wider Hills community. Details on parking and access will be shared closer to opening.
